A. Yes, they are in our Brisbane data center.

Q. What version of Windows is installed on your servers?
A. Windows 2003 Enterprise Server

Q. What are the maximum numbers of sites you place on each server?
A. This all depends on the sites on the particular server. Most sites use less than 1 GB of traffic whereas some 50GB+, we monitor cpu, disk,memory, etc., on a per server basis.

Q. What version of MS SQL Server do you offer?
A. SQL Server 2000

Q. Does my plan include a control panel for managing my email addresses, databases etc?
A. Yes.

Q. What control panel do you use? Can I see a demo?
A. We use the Helm control panel for all of our Windows web hosting plans. We do not have a demo available at this time.

Q. Does your email service include any anti virus protection?
A. Yes! All of our servers have up to date Anti virus protection for emails.

Q. What operating system does the web server operate on?
A. Windows 2003 Enterprise Server.

Q. Do your windows web hosting plans include a statistics program?
A. Yes. AWStats web statistics are included with your plan.

Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. All accounts are verified manually before setting up in order to avoid fraud. Your account will be setup in the same or next business day that we recieve your order. You will receive instructions by email once your account has been set up.
